This is Our return policy :
- You can return any product without providing any reasons within 14 days from the date of receipt of the desired product.
- Please ensure that the product to be returned at its original condition, unused, and in its original box and bag, with all tags and labels intact.
- If the product you are returning is part of a set, the entire set must be returned to process the refund.
- Responsibility:
- Any product you return is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please ensure that the products are properly packed to prevent any damage during transportation.
Please make sure to obtain proof of postage to track your return request.
- If we notice unusual return patterns, your return request may be declined:
1- If we suspect the person has already worn the product(s) before returning.
2- Ordering the product(s) and returning them repeatedly.
3- If the returned product(s) do not match what you ordered.
